ichiro on an amazing year~ this guys is a freaking hitting machine and gets no respect for hardly anything he does! not only has he tied pete rose for most 200 hits in a career he fucking pased ty cobb for most hits in a career by an AL player! next year he truely will stand atop baseballs lists to be on as he will be the lone record holder for most 200 hits EVER in a career, and of course 3,000 hits is not out of the question!

hes done this for a consecutive 10 years wich means back to back and over and over for 10 years, its hard even getting to 200 hits in 1 year let alone every year you play. the guy is amazing!

ok well obviously he didnt leave japan to go to austraila to play baseball, he came here. next year really matters though, as he will be going for the big record

thanks icequeen! the guys 2 minute mention on sportscenter was an absolute discrace! but what can i expect? they've been an ichiro snob almost it seems like since the team hes been on has sucked, (wich has been for most of his career) i firmley believe this guy is never gonna get any kind of recognition whatsoever. not even when he gets to 3,000 hits or makes it into the hoF
