I get headaches.... and these headaches only happen for the obvious reasons

I have read that a"spiked" enema is one of the fastest ways to absorb any medication that can be liquefied.

I have only had limited experience with the dreaded enema, however.

My new hip works really well now that I have spent four (MORE) months in physical therapy, but the pain is still there.

 

Have you met Lestat?  He has lots of experience in pain management.  On second thought, maybe you shouldn't.

I do not know who Lestat is.

I, as well,  have a great deal of experience in managing pain.

But, mostly, I find that the pain itself can manage quite well on its own. It has proven to be a highly qualified, high bidding self-starter, always finding a way to make itself a contender, attempting to be the center of every event, often taking the floor over more vociferous litigants, antagonists and agonists all while wearing mostly conservative earth tones or pastels.

Lestat is a junkie.  He probably does know more about self medicating than just about anyone.

I have managed to clear my messages in my email account from 29 pages to 17 pages.  However, some are going into folders.  I managed to clear out one folder.  The folder I'm dreading going through is the one marked Recipes.
