She said I was talking a mile an hour, but I can't hear that...sounds normal to me...But then if I am manic I would be talking fast because I'd be thinking fast, and I wouldn't be able to hear then either....

Are you still taking the lithium?  If you are, I think you have to be really careful with the levels so I think you probably should call the doctor who prescribed it.

I am still taking it, I haven't altered the dose and I take fairly regularly. (as in morning dose around 6-9am, and night dose around 9-10pm)
