^ Wish I could give you some simple advice there, CBC.. but I can't. Maybe 'steaming' under a towel above a pan with hot water and some Vicks Vaporub in it might give some relieve. Don't overdo it and if it feels too uncomfortable stop.
Plus for me goes with influenza like ailments, noticing the pre-signs, I start drinking a lot of cold water (more than I already do) and try to up my vitamin C, via citrus fruits, intake.
Um, in line here, as an useful personal trivium.. I drink my bottled water ice cold and squeeze the juice of a lemon (p/m ¼) through it. This almost by default (if I haven't forgot to buy a couple).
