I like cooking and eating but these days I don't cook quite as much as I used to. I like a lot of vegetarian dishes like tabbouleh, hummus, falafel w/ lemon tahini with veggies in pita pocket, it's endless, but I do eat meat  on occasion. A lot of those dishes requires cooking or a lot of prep. These days I have simple sandwiches, pasta salads, baked fish with veggies, ice cream, cheese cake, good things to drink... candy, chips.. whatever strikes the mood.
