I chose to come to terms with what my body is instead of pursuing a false imitation of what I want, whatever the hell that truly is exactly. Natural or bust is my current policy, so unless my body mutated naturally or somehow I will it into a form I prefer, I'm stuck with what I have.
This is what I tried to explain to GA, that he should rather accept who he is rather than try to become some bad imitation of the opposite sex. Easier said than done, but it causes less harm in the long run. Going through such changes means countless operations, hassle and ultimately never being satisfied with yourself. My uncle had a similar goal to look "perfect", only now he realises it's an impossible goal.
As for myself, I don't really relate to most males nor do I feel "male", but like you I chose to accept who I am and worry about more important things.
