i couldn't feel prouder.  all the girls are working hard, and playing at a high level.  thay feel good (and happy) when they begin to sweat.  they view that as a sign of doing their part for the team concept.

and finally, this past week, many of the basics that i have been coaching them from the beginning have begun to click.
literally, no matter what, at this point they both will be highly competitive teams.

that, to me, is fun.

I'm glad the coaching is going so well and the girls are enjoying it.  Do you feel healthier for all that running around with them too?

my wife says i am slimming down, but i don't see it.
