You're almost there. You need to ad "(et)je" behind every noun and you'll write like a Dutch kindergarten teacher, or other Dutch person wanting to be overly sweet. The "(et)je" is what makes things tiny. Somehow in Dutch everything is tiny.

  For many years I've considered my right eye to be the "stronger" one ( less nearsighted ).
  As of the most recent eye exam, the left eye is outperforming the right in terms of visual acuity.
  I wonder if the apparent muscle weakness in the right eye is finally catching up to me.

  This is the second or third time that a blossoming case of bronchitis has "moved up" to my head
  and turned into sinus thing.  It's a good thing, I guess, but I  wonder how and why that happens.

  My massive right sinus is definitely congested.  When I look down, I feel as if it's full of water!
