there comes a day, when my entire harddisk is occupied by these fucking updates, and nothing else....

ive just deleted tons of shit, for some disk space freeing, for a big download,
and since i hate windows update ive delayed it, and now i got a fucking quarter of a gig worth of goddamn motherfucking updates...

there has to be... idunno how much... but at least over a gigabyte of update stuff :S
and theyre never gonna stop, meaning, theoretically, 10 years from now, youll have tens of gigs of only windows update folders

Yeah you can kill those folders after the updates are finished, but what you are mainly complaining about is the updates setup files and backup files. You can get programs that will delete all that shit if you want.

And I have "Just install after questioning me", but nevertheless it sometimes installs them anyway.

I used to do that, but lately I've had it set to download and I pick the time to update. I got sick of waiting for them to download. I know you can just go to Microsoft Update to speed it up though.

I download and update everything automatically on a schedule.   I have it do that shit while I sleep.

You might want to look into putting additional HDs in your PC or get an external for data storage.    I try to just have the OS and applications on my main HD.

i actually got an extra one in an old computer, but im too lazy to move it over.

but i still think its directly unpolite of them to expect people to download litterally gigabytes of updates...

They don't expect you, because you can easily disable automatic downloading.

(Make sure Hotfix Unistallers is ticked under Advanced)

[Start]->[All Programs]->[Accessories]->[System Tools]->[Disk Cleanup]->[More Options]->[System Restore]->[Clean up]

Also, open a Windows Explorer window to %TEMP% and delete all the shit there.

Doing all that should get you some disk space back.
