If my husband asked me to bake one for his birthday, I would see if I could find a cake pan that shape, or else I would bake two Barbie cakes and put them side by side, without the Barbie dolls and with different icing of course.

I did one using a doll pan before, heavy, but came out nice.

Mounted them on a 1/2 sheet cake and trimmed the sides for the waistline, and cut a "v" at the base. 

Chocolate boobs w/cream filling, flesh colored frosting, gumdrop nipples, toasted coconut at the "v", and of course....a cherry.  :zoinks:

That sounds pretty.  I don't know how my boyfriend's mother made mine. She was a professional so I assumed she had a pan that shape, but I don't know.  My cake was more G rated than yours.  The boobs had a blue swimsuit bra made of frosting.
