Just finished my dinner of egg foo young.  Not my favorite, but I was hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy and there's enough food in there to sink a battleship.

Not sure.  It's an thick egg pancake with some diced meat, bean sprouts and other chopped veggies, served with a horrid brown sauce, that I use very sparingly.  As I said I was hungry so I went for volume rather than appeal.
