mm, tesco (supermarket chain in UK, not sure if they exist elsewhere) do a pretty good triple-choc ice cream, although I prefer their 'mississippi mud pie' chocolate one, that is just SO easy to pick up a tub full and eat the entire lot in one go. Makes good milk shakes too if tossed in a blender with some milk, maybe a few bananas, ice, chocolate/cocoa powder etc.
I particularly like using 'nesquik' milkshake powder concentrate in there, to add flavour.
!
Another nice way to do it is with store-bought milkshakes instead of milk, of those on sale in my neck of the woods 'frijj' is the best one to do it with, especially the cookie dough shakes, those are delish, really thick and tasty even pre-fucking-around-with, but a nice big tub of good quality icecream blended in there and a couple of bananas, perfect
Although goes without saying anyone watching their diet might not want to do it too often, as its really easy to take no notice at all until the thing one would be noticing, is that its all gone.
I tend to do that when I get too overstimulated, physically speaking, to eat, those periods seem for me to run to their own tune, with no distinct schedule that I can tell, and absolutely bollocks all of a tendency to playing well with needing to eat, that can be a real nuisance, as it can easily get to the point where hunger weakens me or causes pain, yet without actually having any drive to eat, indeed if I get really badly overloaded it can be too hard to force solids down without gagging, so a meal that I can consume by pouring it down in one or two big pulls suits me. nutritionally balanced my arse but it beats going for several days to a week without a meal.
I'm just grateful that at 29, I haven't really started to go to seed due to old age yet. Got screwy joints, but thats mostly due to trauma at the sites in question, like the ones that set it all off; falling and impaling my knee joint on broken glass as a kid, and the godawful battering I got given around then after getting jumped by a mob, the main exceptions being some soreness ocasionally in my left wrist and hand as a result of being accosted by thug types once during my college years, although that seems old enough not to cause me much problem now though. Had to have my wrist splinted at the time though after cracking a bone courtesy of too forceful (for me) an attempt to ''politely discourage further social interaction''
And one of my middle fingers is a bit painful and stiff now, I think maybe from using the veins round the knuckle too often in the past.
But I still have my youth, mostly, If not innocence
