I agree, I notice how he is hard to reach when you need him. I wonder if the socialness is too much so he avoids lot of it and only responds when he wants to. That would explain it. I saw one of his posts where he said social interaction is difficult and working out things. It's not really social interaction when it comes to your forum and members contact you about it. Maybe it's just too much for him. I have talked to him on the phone and in IM and he was very awkward in talking like didn't know what to say to me when I reach him about my issues.
I think the hard to reach thing is probably becuse hes busy. But from IMs he certainly comes across as very aspie, more so than in videos. Also people can be even more aspie when you get to know them, me for example I don't seem like one when you first meet me, (sometimes I do) but he seems more comfortable in video.
I think the ignoring online etc is more just being rude, but he certainly seems more aspie than me and I'm pretty aspie. I think a lot of the members here just automaicaly hate everything he does because of who he is... if Odeon had starred in that video would people hate it? I doubt it. Just the same with my youtube stuff as opposed to a more liked member. Its all about e-peen and e-cred on the internet. I refuse to buy into that bullshit anymore.

You have a point. I think the problem so many of us have with Alex Plank is that he's pretty much spent whatever credibility *he* had, and he spent it all when he was still a teen and--let's be honest--very, very spazzy.
It's hard to get past the fact that WP and Alex Plank fill a need, though. People go to WP for a reason. Maybe, just maybe, it's time to simply ignore both and let him do his thing. If people buy it, then fine. Let them.
There is a very big difference between me and him, btw. I wouldn't want to be in a video. I don't want the publicity, I don't want the spotlight on me. We have two things in common: we both have AS and we both run a site, that's it.
