I saw that one.  Those kids go threw a lot at those orphanages before they come here and the parents should know that before they even get involved.  There are many deserving older kids here they could choose from

Rather they send him back than abuse him or worse I guess. But I think they handled this really poorly, you don't put a 7 year old kid by himself on a plane to another country because you can't handle him anymore.

Why wouldn't they act "normal"?  Because they're from Russia or because they're orphans?    My aunt looked after two orphan girls from Russia and they were fine.

This is also a major problem with kids adopted from Romanian orphanages. Many of these kids have been socially isolated since birth and are incurable sociopathic by the time they're 7.
 I saw a case of one such kid on 60 Minutes who was adopted as a 5 year old. He spat at, kicked, punched and even tried to stab his adoptive parents. He also did the same thing to other kids that tried to befriend him. It took 2 years and $100,000 worth of intensive psychological therapy to set him straight. Barring that though, the only way to fix these kids is with a bullet to the head.

 The book Freakonomics deals with this very subject. You are looking at the reason why abortion reduces violent crime. 90% of violent crime is done by repeat offenders. Abortion prevents these criminals from being born in the first place.
