That TOS basically says that you shouldn't violate the laws of Texas or Florida, or post anything they might consider to be bad, including cp, encouraging others to commit crimes, share copyrighted material, etc. They are much more forgiving than most (as you might have guessed) but there are taboos.

Are you from Texas or Florida? What is cp? Preventing people from sharing copyrighted material is probably a difficult thing to do.
