This was a few years ago :D And it wasnt an article, I remember it was Dateline.

Something like half of all TV's in motel rooms have semen on them too, and all money has traces of cocaine on it.

I also read about bank notes having cocaine on them.  Also the toilets
in the houses of parliament are always coated in a thin layer of it.
