Do the nipple ones hurt?

Hurt like hell to have done but then so did the top of ear one. dont hurt once they heal up.

One of my two earlobe piercings hurt because it got infected but I can't imagine even having such a sensitive place like a nipple pierced.

My nipples got very sore between breastfeeding my daughter and pumping milk and I could barely stand to put a shirt on, so I actually went topless in front of my in-laws.

Its more kind of at the back of the nipple than through it... would think about posting pics but foto site don't allow it and wouldn't trust some people not to spam it all over cyber space!

I'm getting twinges of pain down the backs of my legs reading this (that's my empathetic reaction to other people's pain)!

Wow, I can empathise with that, back of my knees it is for me. Especially when someone talks about graphic details on operations and such. I have no problems seeing things for real, but don't tell me about it.

Trying to teach our daughter about accepting all sorts of people - told her that grandma was tatttooed.  When she was having radiation therapy for cancer they tattooed her to make sure the radiation lined up or whatever.  Four small dots in a square.  We all joked about Mom being the "tattooed lady."  Daughter still pulls a fact at tattooed people.  Oh well.

I'm so prone to infection and have delicate skin.

I don't like piercings. I had my eyebrow pierced at my body rejected it. It migrated out so now I have this big scar above my eyebrow. It's why I have long bangs also I have a huge ass forehead and faint eyebrows. I also have my ears pierced when I was 17 i pierced the upper lobes with saftey pins but I got noting in my ears now. Surprised the ears didn't get infected.


Now piercings aren't even that edgy anymore. Their just lame. All the dumb fake blonde girls have them along with butterfly tramp stamps.
I love tattoos their interesting when their not butterfly tramp stamps.
But not piercings......their so common and all look the same  *yawns*
