2 pop tabs while out walking. Youngest is collecting them at school. When they get 500,000 they can submit them to some charity and it will cover the cost for a new wheelchair for a child in need. She turned in over 2000 so far and we're aiming to collect 8000 ourselves by the time the summer is done.

We're collecting plastic caps. Somehow lots of them can pay for a guide dog for blind people.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

This got me thinking of pop tabs and just how much that would be so I weighed some, I even have a scale that goes down to .01grams :nerdy:

They averaged .28 grams.  500,000  would be about 140kg and in terms of value $154 at what I got the last time I scrapped Al. :nerdy:

I read somewhere that 775 tabs = 1 lb

My g'friend collects them for Ronald McDonald's house.  She stayed in one when her daughter had brain surgery.

I found Jesus :pope:

I found him in a box of Xmas stuff in a pile of boxes set out to go to the dump.  I felt bad for him being a baby and all so I am adopting him and letting him live in my van :green:
