I have one tire that has a slow leak only during winter and it's always the back right one. So annoying. As soon as it warms up, it doesn't have the issue.

Last time I got my two front tyres replaced, the guy there said, "So you should. They're nine years old."

Whoops.

Have someone look at it. :-\

Found I had made a mess of my little server app yesterday and had to redo the entire damned thing. It works now, though.

I have. They can't find anything wrong with it  :dunno: Now I have an AirHawk so that I can inflate it at home. It doesn't lose any pressure when I drive though, that's when the pressure goes up. It's weird.

Did they replace the valve? Doesn't sound like the tyre itself is to blame.

It doesn't matter what tire it is, it's always the one in that same location, even after the tires are rotated. So I can take that back tire off after we've had winter leaks and move it to another location and have no more winter leaks. The tire that I put in that location, which has had no tire leaks, suddenly leaks again but only during the winter. It's weird.

That's seriously weird. What's the car make and model?

Do you have a tyre pressure monitor that warns you for lower tyre pressures? If you do, then that is the likely culprit.

I have the one built into the van which I have suspected is the issue although when I test the tire pressure myself the numbers match. It really makes no sense. For now I ignore it and just look for visual signs that it's getting low. I've got something to pump air into it at home now which helps. Constantly driving to the gas station was a pain.

It's pretty much the only possibility, all things considered.

I'm glad I'm not in your shoes. I would obsess over the problem until it was solved.

My anxiety does peak if I know I've got a lot of driving to do and I'm afraid of getting stranded somewhere but for the years it's been going on that has yet to happen *knock on all the wood things*

Found and fixed a bug in a tool I wrote for legal text authors.
