  While de-hoarding a closet, I found a whole bag full of socks! 

Single ones, longing for a sole mate?

I found two small bags with those. And have done some speeddating. Some socks found the love of their life again. Match made at the kitchen table.

That teary meltdowns can happen "out of the blue".

Suddenly started sobbing unstoppable, while having a full go at the rowing machine during sports this morning. Just had to stop rowing and started sobbing. Others feared something was wrong with me.

  I think sometimes physical exertion or pain can shake loose those hidden tears.
