Bicarb can be used if you really need to, but don't do it too often, as its giving you a massive sodium load, which could if overdone severely, lead to hypernatraemia. And excessive sodium is especially not good news if you are overweight, since it'll put strain on the heart, and, please do not take offense, you say it yourself you are severely overweight, and this too puts strain on the heart.

I've been taking ondansetron/buscopan/gaviscon (got a bunch of bottles of that too, be willing to send you quite a few of those, although for those I'd ask shipping, but the price of shipping only, so I am not left out of pocket. Gaviscon is quite pricy here at least, about £8-something a bottle, but I get a bottle a week so I am getting overloaded with it. I give you my word I will never, ever give anybody your home address without my first asking you for, and receiving your consent to do so, and holding them to the same conditions, IF ever I had cause to give anyone your address in the first place. But I see no reason why I would wish to do so.
As for me, I found a few irn-bru boilies, long-lasting hard candy, sucking candy type, irn bru pop flavour, I found several beakers of morphine freebase, some dipromorphine and a tin of travel sweets, some of which I already ate. Found a sterile syringe or two in the packaging, about 6-7 sterile-packed 28ga needle tips for the rigs, found a full box of nitrous oxide whippits (the disposable cartridges, look kinda like the sort of CO2 canisters that go in some kinds of airguns, the gas powered CO2 pellet guns, only a bit smaller, and with a push valve rather than a metal seal. I unfortunately however cannot for the life of me find my whippit cracker. Need to get a new one. Found a baggie containing about a bongsworth of (N-(adamantan-1-yl)-1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamide, or for short 'STS-135' or '5F-APICA', quite a potent, intermediate acting synthetic cannabinomimetic.
