Took half an ibuprofen p/m an hour ago. Stormy winds made my left jaw hurt up again. Probs the sensible thing to do is to phone my dentist tomorrow and let him check for something wrong there later on. (bugger)

 Yes, I highly recommend that, neglecting a bad tooth just leads to more pain.

Meds taken. It bothers me that sometimes the Epilim pills crumble sometimes when I pop them out, makes feel like I don't want to take them. That is irrational though and I do take them.

Maybe instead of popping them out, you could cut the foil with something sharp like the tip of a knife and carefully remove the pills so they don't crumble.

Yeah I have a small pair of scissors I could use for this purpose. It is weird how some of the pills crumble to bits while the others stay whole.
