havent taken mine yet. oops. when I go pee, I will go downstairs and get a drink afterwards and maybe summat to eat. then I will take them. right now I have nothin to drink them down with

Are you already noticing a difference?


Had a talk about Ritalin few weeks ago. That man said he had people taking it on demand, on a regular basis, and, a few taking it on a regular basis, with breaks, for the nights they wanted to drink.

They are going to discuss my need for medication.

odeon, the side effects should lessen with time. After I took my dex this morning my appetite completely disappeared until dinner time. That happens rarely.

Would love to have the ability to focus for an extended time. Seems to get worse and worse over the years.  :-\
