Yes, but tomorrow I'll be adding 3 OTC meds to my routine:  Eye vitamins, Fish oil and Flaxseed oil.  Oh joy.

Lutein, zeaxanthin, A, C, E, etc in a pill.  The eye doc said to take then to prevent age-related eye issues.  I have diabetes and had cataract surgeries at age 49.

Yes, I took my meds and everyone else's as well.

I think I took all posssible meds, today. If I find more meds I willl take them, too.









Wwell, if I lived near the jungle, I would have, TODAY!!  I would have gone completely NATIVE on meds.
