I just took my vitamins, ginkgo-biloba and "Russian root".

I have plenty of valium, but it's not that a big thing when you have it, like with most things.

Ok, I said that wrong, what I meant was psychological drugs, not ones that literally keep you alive, but ones that the body can survive without yet pyschologically make you feel dependant.

Either way, what happens if you find yourself in a situation where you don't have access to your drugs (stranded on a deserted island after a plane crash for exampe).  I've asked this question on WP, so just to clarify, don't bother answering with "I don't fly" or "my country has better health care than yours so I have nothing to worry about" because this is strictly hypothetical.
This would really suck. I went three days without my antidepressants once and I got dizzy and "brain zaps" (that is what it feels like). And that is only one medication. I take three so I bet I would have a very nasty time.

I used to take Catapres for Tourette's Syndrome, when I lost my job and thus my health insurance, I suddenly couldn't get the meds, I had two suicide attempts within a month of dropping the meds due to chronic depression due to withdrawal symptoms, and I have no desire to go through that shit again.  Now I just smoke cannabis, it works well enough, and if I suddenly can't afford it (like right now) although it would be nice to have more control over my tics, it's not a big problem.

I also take the one a day mans, with additional healthy prostate formula. (can't be too careful lol)

I take fish oil, glucosamine, and pain pills as well.
