I did remember to do this. And my doctor printed scripts for everything else. I could make a little booklet.

Also took this morning's meds.

Took morning meds early because we had to go out early. I have to remember to take esomeprazole every second day. If I forget, I get awful reflux during the day.

I've stopped taking Montelukast. It hasn't done anything for me. My colleague at the cleaning job noticed me wheezing and that's when I was taking the tablets and my puffer. So it looks like a visit to the specialist for me. Just have to organise it when I go to my GP next.

I didn't take Vyvanse. Wanted to see what it was like without after a long time on it. Well I slept all morning. And I have no motivation to do anything. That's ok, the dishes and clothes washing are done.

I don't have a script for lithium, forgot to get it at the last doctor appointment. I'm thinking of waiting until I see my psychiatrist next month so he can give me a prescription then. I have enough to last me until then.

I forgot to last Monday. Only good thing was my mouth wasn't dry all morning. But I kept losing track of what I was meant to be doing. And work was a real drag.
