I haven't taken meds for my tummy troubles for months now.

I either need to be **VERY** strict about what I eat, or take Colofac to calm things down.

And lately I haven't been all that strict about what I eat.

I have gotten into the habit of taking my meds (except dex) in the early morning when the cats want to be fed. This includes my asthma puffer. I then go back to bed for a while.

Instead of taking Nexium (for reflux) every night, my doctor recommended that I take it every second night if I can last that long without symptoms bothering me. And I can. I didn't take it last night and I'm fine tonight, even after dinner. I will take a dose in a little while.
