Having major chest pains, so took a Xanax.

We excite you that much?

Seriously, does that need attention or is it something that happens regularly?

If it is KNOWN to be anxiety and ONLY anxiety, panic attacks feel remarkably similar to a heart attack or dying completely before being resuscitated. Panic attacks are foul, had one or two before, the worst after a seizure and post ictal shitty (thanks kassi) getting on the meth and synth 'noids. And after falling and getting the shit scared out of me, when the trip and fall resulted in an arterial bleed, scared the shit out of me, I couldn't tell the difference between dying and the panic attack. its hell while it happens, especially, I'd imagine if you can neither tough it out, or wait it out whilst cooking something, if without lab glass (i'd sooner die anyway in THAT case)

I used to go to the emergency room and have heart work-ups. It's anxiety. But yeah...I will likely not know when I AM having a heart attack as I will assume it is anxiety.

Sometimes the heart can beat abnormally and you won't feel it at all. Such was the case when I was on ziprasidone and had to come off it after three abnormal ECGs. And then you get the abnormal heart beats you can feel and then be told they are harmless by a cardiologist. Such is the case when I get ectopic beats. They are very obvious when they occur.

About to take lunchtime meds.

I have a benign arrhythmia (RV conduction delay) and I can't feel it at all.  8)

I took my GRD medicine in the AM like always. Held off on pain meds until late afternoon, which was probably a good call given how all that activity set off my back and knee. I just took anxiety meds. Should've just doped up on sleep meds, but I need to calm my chest and sometimes the anxiety meds can help me sleep. Not supposed to mix, so I am committed now.

Took the proton pump inhibitor. Recently my GP changed that from omeprazole to pantoprazole which he said is more effective. Seems alright so far. Some xylometazoline to prevent the annoying side effect I get from taking my clonidine and the muscle relaxer I use, tizanidine (both are in the same family of drugs, working to block noradrenaline release, which is kind of the opposite effect of that which pseudoephedrine or ephedrine would produce, an inverse nasal decongestant. A nasal congestant, really, lol. They make me stuffy, so I use xylometazoline to constrict the blood vessels in my nose and reverse the side effect. Works fine and as its locally acting, as drops for my nose I don't get nasty sympathetic activation as a side effect, which I would get from ephedrine or pseudo tablets. They make me feel absolutely miserable, very uncomfortable, twitchy and overloaded as hell. Not to mention that i really think TAKING eph or PSE to be a revolting waste of usable feedstock!

wouldn't want to be responsible for such a disgusting waste of perfectly usable feedstock, actually swallowing ephedrine/pseudo? what a shocking waste. of precursors!! It needs either reducing, or oxidizing to methcathinone, using dilute, cold solution of KMnO4 (potassium permanganate) overnight in the fridge.

But so far I took my dipropionylmorphine, two chlormethiazole capsules (a tad under 400mg of chlormethiazole freebase), need to take my zanaflex still (muscle relaxer, to ease the spasm and tension in my bad leg that has the post-surgical nerve damage. Soon as they are ready, dibenzoylmorphine next, then reduction of alpha-chloromorphide which is being readied for same. And then one gets to try CLEAN krokodil (desomorphine-D) as it truly SHOULD be made, when done not by a russki peasant in the slums with a terrible addiction to a horrifically poisonous product the way its produced, but clean, as befitting the synthesis if performed by a loving chemist with a light touch and a caring hand, who adores his work, and has high standards for the end result of all his workings, of art and science.

Yes, but it's not working very well.
