You've probably already thought of this.  Try taking them with something to eat or some milk to cushion the effects.

Have you got prescribed stomach protecting medication? With elongated use of NSAIDs you should not be without. If you don't have it, ask your pharmacy or your doctor. It's not a luxury but a must.

Yes, I have. It doesn't help a lot these days. Not taking the pills helps more. It's a choice between a rock and a hard place.

I liked the printed aprons my grandmother wore. She had her hair in a braid rolled into a low bun.
