I got so many refills of L-Lysine, while forgetting to take it, that I found out yesterday that I have three sealed pots, and one that has been opened. It is time to seriously get back to the L-Lysine.

Did take the focus meds.

I haven't been taking my L-Lysine regularly, resulting in the mother of all cold sores after the conference. I guess I was stressed.

I used to take Cymbalta for depression. Good med but it wore off after a while.

Yesterday had to get more benztropine, dexamphetamine, Seretide and quetiapine.
