Why not try a topical NSAID? less likely to bother the gizzards and burn you a spare chocolate starfish.

The doc said I should try the NSAIDs for a two-week period.

Yes. And I should be going back to the gym soon. A week of intestinal problems circulating within the family and a sore back have kept me from there.
