I have always been a redhead, it's hereditary from my mum. And it will continue as my sister has a redheaded son.

In recent years my hair has gotten darker, I have no idea why. Someone in my family said I looked better when I wasn't dyeing my hair brown. But I never have. Last time it got dyed, I had blue streaks put in (there's a couple of pics in the Elder photo thread of that) and that was ages ago.

I've seen that browning happen with more redheads. Some you can barely see hints of red anymore.

I love blue hair, its got to be one of my favourite looks. Doing it myself actually, as soon as I have the money for some stronger hydrogen peroxide than is sold at pharmacies here over the counter (its limited to one 200ml bottle per sale of shitty 9% H2O2 and not only do I have really long hair, its naturally quite dark and 9% peroxide just doesn't bleach it well enough for the dye to take very well)

So going to buy some high-test stuff, and dilute it as needed, that way when/if I want strong H2O2 for the lab its available and I can simply add some to water to get the desired strength for bleaching my hair properly. Got some ultramarine blue dye.  Will  be just my sort of thing, I've had it blue before (so far, at different times, aside from my natural blackish-dark dark brown, I've had it yellow, red, pink, iridescent purple-black, various blues, platinum blonde, green, khaki and metallic silver colored)

That I can remember at least.

The thought of you with blue hair ren..god that really, really makes me wish it were wrapped around me because theres no two ways about it, you'd be fucking gorgeous. You are already, but even more so you'd be an absolute stunner (even more of one, that is to say:))

Had morning pain meds somewhat early since I was digging around in the guts of a dismembered hotplate/mag stirrer restoring it to better order again and didn't want to be swallowing anything that would have gone near my hands, even with gloves on, after the vile shit that was found lurking in its bowels. ^that was meant to read 'pain meds' but at the time, I had a seizure, barely managed to make it into the house, and I've just spent hours and hours asleep after a solid dose of a couple of meds to bring me out of the damn thing. Fucking feet kept collapsing under me.

  I believe the name brand is still available, and I can afford it.  The generic is cheaper. 
   If it works as well, I'll stick wityh it.  The pharmacist assures me it's exactly the same formula.
