Ren, just be careful on the moclobemide.
I take it your doc has explained the dietary restrictions and pharmacological restrictions that go along with the use of an MAOI?
Although moclobemide is a RIMA, (reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase A) meaning that dietary tyramine and other similar dietary pressor amines can compete for the MAO-a enzyme, displacing moclobemide to do so, so it isn't so dangerous as the older MAOIs like tranylcypromine and phenelzine* for instance)
*hydrazine moiety in a med? how delightfully appetizing.... < / sarcasm)
Me? I took the ones that matter, thought I was out of morphine until the pharmacy opens later on this morning and I can pick my refills up, but during a quick tidy of my room floor, what did I find..but two 30mg morphine sulfate XR caps. Right when I was feeling it start to bite, wearing off wise from my last dose.
Perfect timing too, just before I finished the 2g of charlie I got yesterday. Yum...a speedball was JUST what I needed to wake me up some
