How exactly is one supposed to remember that it is time for adderall, manage to avoid distraction before ingesting the adderall, and remember where the adderall is, before you've had your adderall?!
I remembered this morning but it was later than it should have been. I wish the time released stuff worked as well as the immediate release form. It is so hard to remember to take it 3X a day! Damn my distractible brain, and all these...

(20 minutes later)...
...sorry, there was a bunny outside. What were we talking about?
It really is that bad. I get involved in things and time just melts around me. Intense special interests make it so much worse. If I'm painting, or drawing, or writing, or reading hours can pass and I'll be completely oblivious to flow of events outside of my skull.
Before the medicine my house was covered in frantic post-it notes. Now it is not entirely wallpapered in post-its, but merely peppered with a few, slightly less frantic lists and reminders.
I can live with that. The only problem is that my new-found ability to focus has made me a bit OCD about some things. Ah well. I can work with that. As fun as it can be, I can't work with chaos!
