Didn't end up bothering with the APAP, or chlormethiazole last night, I just nodded off to sleep in my computer chair.

Just taken my morning OC-40. Going to have the 20mg one in a moment, after I've had a rollup.

I took a whopping dose of N-[2-(5-methoxy-1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl] acetamide last night.  Ground it up into some hydroxilic acid and inserted it per os.  Man, was that a crazy night.  Passed the fuck out afterwards and didn't regain consciousness for 8 whole hours.

I've never found melatonin to be an effective sleep aid, but it does seem to cause some crazy-vivid, in some cases, lucid dreaming.

Sounds great.

Works for both my kids, does a bit for me, but not in changing my dreams. They can be everything without any medication.

It certainly can't compete with your usual massive doses of hard narcotics.  But can be pretty potent to people with normal biology.

Melatonin never did much to me, but it helps my son a lot.

Melatonin is an odd one in terms of sleep aids. It seems not to be so much of a tranquillizer or hypnotic/sedative, but more of a regulator of circadian rhythms . I've tried it before, and for a time got it on RX. Couldn't really tell weather it was working or not. But it didn't seem to help with my sleep problem, that being a massive delay in sleep onset time, often as much as 6-7 hours before I'd fall asleep, at least, before I found the right combination of meds, which helps with that as a side effect.

The effects on dreaming were interesting though. Its triggered an OOBE once before, after smoking just a little herb whilst taking the melatonin.

A friend of mine has used it, and had some trippy dreams.  I want to try!    :toy:

Ebay couldbe.

Don't bother with any of those ultra-microdose tablets, though. Some ripoff merchants claim 'scientifically tested/approved' etc. etc. about sub-milligram doses. Personally I'd recommend between 5 and 10mg. Its very safe stuff, pretty much nontoxic and is in general, well tolerated.

Melatonin helps me to sleep, but it leaves me feeling groggy in the morning.

I just took my new anti-sex-maniac-pills-induced-nausea-pills.  I'll take the sex maniac pills in 30 minutes.  The GP was curious about how I was getting on with the sex maniac pills, and said it's an unusual treatment.  He seemed pleased with the results, which have been quite positive other than the nausea (which the Domperidone is supposed to pretty much eliminate).

Ebay couldbe.

You can buy melatonin at any drug store, pharmacy, grocery store, or Wal-Mart.

Ah. Its rx-only in the UK. Although legal to buy and possess without a script. I don't see why they made it rx only, given its vast margin of safety, and near  lack of either side effects, addiction/abuse potential or toxicity.

Would be far more convenient if they would just stock it in health food shops, pharmacies etc. rather than having to go online, pay shipping, wait for delivery etc.

I take 10 mg Melatonin and a 10 mg Zolpidem (Brand name, Ambien) each evening.  The will put me to sleep in about 30 minutes.
