Pharmacy had to order it, so, it will be in after the weekend.

I'm starting with a low dosage. Follow up, week after starting.

Everyone starts with a low dosage. The tricky part comes when you build up a tolerance to the stuff (which can happen pretty fast) and take a break. But I maintain it's just brilliant if your mind is all over the place.

She's having me started at three times 5 mg a day. And, wants me to have them every day for a while, to get a proper 'feel' for what it does. Next week she will very likely increase the dosage. By the time she thinks I know what it does, and have got the right dosage, I'll be free to "play" with it in terms of taking days off, she said.

The guy I spoke to before meeting the doctor said he had different types of clients. Some needed breaks, some needed taking it all the time. He agreed with me that the positive thing of Ritalin was that breaks were an option.

Yes, that's what my doctor says, too. Some patients take it every day while others need a break every now and then.

Yes.  Also just took an antacid tablet for the nausea.  We don't have any nausea medicine in the house.

  I am indeed compliant with my medication routine.

Most of them. Still got to take one of my oxycontin, and 0.25mg clonidine before I go to bed. Not sure when that will be though. And this synthetic herb smoke 'black mamba' stuff is helping nicely with my sore knee.
