Yes, but they're not very effective today. I got 9 hours of sleep last night, I've taken 40mg of dexamphetamine and maybe 100mg of caffeine over the past 4 hours, but I'm struggling to stay awake. My psychiatrist suggested that I make a sleep chart, so I now have an hour-by-hour record of when I've slept and how sleepy I've felt during the times that I've been awake. In 240 hours of data, I've recorded 21 hours when I haven't been sleepy, 103 hours when I've been asleep and the rest have been a mixture of varying degrees of sleepiness.
