How long would you give people in the WC to vote on an issue of this type?
Most votes run for a week, which would be a relatively long time to let someone who was spamming continue to do it.

I rather meant that it could be discussed and then people say yes / no to the chosen course of action. Much the same way discussions happen re eligibility. Not over a week necessarily.
