Tomorrow I will go to a friend's house for lunch and, if I'm lucky, I'll catch a glimpse of her very shy black cat as he flees upstairs!

When I had glandular fever months ago they did a test and found I have growth on my thyroid. They have since found I am slightly high in the cholesterol and triglycerides and have a slightly damaged liver from the different ailments in recent years (Swine Flu, septic Gall Bladder, Pneumonia and Glandular fever) and am Anemic. This was something not likely to generate much but was a just in case scenario and booked well in advance. It was always going to be a difficult thing to make the appointment on a Saturday with kids but now in slightly more difficult position. Really on weekend public transport and 3 days after a car crash...ugh.
