There are at least two separate usage discussions going on here.
1. ZEGH is being psychoanalysed online by someone who does not know him from a bar of soap, yet this person still has the nerve to speculate about his personality, actions, and state of mind:

you dont know shit about-
your the kind who-
... which is, without a doubt, a rude and presumptuous thing to do.
2. Osensitive1 is talking about the use of the generic "you." "
You know what
they say" (No I don't; please enlighten me. And also, who are "they"?), "Don't
you just hate it when...." (Who's complaining? It doesn't bother me), "Oh wow,
you just can't go past a bargain like that, can
you?" (Oh really? I can walk right by it), and other such constructions. The use of the generic "you" is a signal that the person speaking has a weak self-concept, or possibly is trying (and failing) to convey a sense of detachment and impartiality.
