Setting a routine and following it. Like that's ever going to happen.
They say the journey is more important than the actual arriving........
Unfortunately in my case getting a routine is starting to be critical. No one is happy with the way I'm going through life right now, most of all me.
Would making one small daily change, and sticking to that, help you getting on the way?
I'm trying to get kind of anchors in the week, to get my routine more stable. Looks like it may work. Life keeps messing up with my routines though.
