This is embarrassing for me because I am not the type of person who can report to authorities because I don't know how and stupid shyness to talk to the police. That's why I wouldn't be a good mod. Blocking them is just the easy way out. Maybe reporting him to MSN would have done good and they maybe would have taken it to the UK. I was an idiot then. He was in the UK and I was in the USA. I personally think he told me this stuff because he knew I'd be the perfect target for it and knew I didn't have the ability to report him. He told me I was the only person he talks to about.

Yes he did do it because he always talked about it.

I have thought about in the past unblocking him and hope he talk to me again and start talking about this stuff again but I can't face it.

If you have the conversations stored on your computer, you could still report him. But it would be a hard thing to do for you, I am aware of that. Don't know if there is the dual option where you live that is possible here towards authorities. Here you can make a formal complaint, and also an informal mentioning it. The latter is not invasive for the person who does it, but puts a kind of warning tag on the tab of the person you mention. So, if someone else comes with a complaint, the complaint will have a backing up because of the mentioning it.

Don't unblock him on MSN Kit, You don't have to face stuff like that. You do have to think about you too.

Unblocking could even turn out bad for you I guess, because then it could be seen as if you were looking for the stuff he talks about.

As hyke said, if SG still has the logs of his MSN shite, then they can be used. Send them to your local police, with copies to the FBI and Scotland Yard. You won't have to face him, but if they want to act, they will take it from there. What he is doing is illegal because paedophilia and child porn are illegal acts made that way by authorities all over the world.

Maybe nothing will be done either, but it's worth a try.

UPDATE:

Natalia Evans was right about Aspergianstar2009 (Stephen Gandy), he is a paedophile and has been caught and convicted. It's hard to say if acting back in 2010 would've made a difference, but it's a lesson to be learned nonetheless.
