I told Alex this almost a year ago, and he said I was lying. 

He owes you an apology then. He apologized to me for not seeing it sooner and for the problems she caused. he took the blame by saying he should have seen she was a bit off before he made her a mod. Yeah I would judge people by their behavior before making them mods. I wouldn't trust maggiedoll as one because of how she acted towards me.

I found out superboyian also helped me out by PMing Alex the evidence it was her. I was reading through the WP thread at Aspergic and found his post where he said it. What she did was nasty. Now I don't regret anymore for telling her I didn't know Fruend was banned or else she would still be a mod hurting other people and possibly deleting accounts and closing people out of their account.

I know. He's doing a LOT of things in fact. I already tried my best to bring this to light, but I can't do it by myself. If a lot of us were to join forces however, that might be a different story.....

I don't understand the costs of servers or how they work but I go to couple other forums and they also have donations. Are they breaking the law too?

Non profits in the US can still pay salaries and expenses they are restricted on  what they can do with the profits not the base costs of running a business.  It's very complicated and is taken advantage of frequently but not so easy to prove
