OK, so having been told off for not properly introducing myself when I joined yesterday,

I have finally found this forum.
I was finally influenced to join I
2 by real-life friends Sir Les and Hykeaswell.
As I explained elsewhere, I am an autistic grandmother, married for 30 years to an Aspie IT bloke, mother to four Aspie sons and an NT daughter (I wonder how
that happened?

). My daughter's son is ADHD and her stepson is HFA/Aspie. My other grandson is Aspie and (probably) so is his step-brother.
Being on the spectrum is my family's 'normal'; it goes back generations (my father, his father…) and spreads out sideways across the world.
A keen motorcyclist virtually my whole life (I used to ride to school aged 5 on the back of my father's BSA bantam) I had to give up riding for health reasons three years ago (after a heart attack at work, on a motorbike) and driving (which I also loved, having been a taxi driver for ten years) two years ago.
Any questions?
