its a test of my knowledge... just saying i know (nearly) everything doesnt necessarily mean i do...

i want people to test their knowledge against mine, thus learning in the process...  :P

what do you consider, scrambled to perfection?

because for me its still slightly runny.  and i add a wee bit of milk and two dashes of garlic salt before the scramble occurs.

well with my dad, le chief chef, he beats two eggs, adds a dash of butter and a bit of whole milk, then beats the fuck outta them for 20seconds, then heats in a pan untill fluffy ;D

they are perfect indeed, never tried garlic salt tho whats that like ?
