Doctors finally took me off warfarin and put me on aspirin instead, so now I can treat the ankylosing spondylitis; so: Verapamil every morning; celecoxib every morning for five days then five days off, repeat (NSAIDs irritate my bladder if taken for longer); isosorbide and aspirin every evening and rosuvastatin every other evening. I'm on a gluten-free diet because of gut problems (gluten enteropathy runs (yeuch!
) in the family). I bake my own bread from Basco bread mix and add a tablespoon of olive oil to the egg-and-water - it is delicious!
No alcohol (I'm hyper-sensitive) or caffeine/other stimulants (including chocolate) because of the heart conditions.
I just have to get high on the joy of defying predictions and still being alive!
