i am sure that you are the smartest....in your own mind.

i was raped several times by girls when i was younger.
you know that a victim of abuse goes one way or the other over the subject.  i guess my psyche decided to make me obsessive about it in order to deny the abuse that i endured.

I honestly do not see why a man can't make such a charge. Though raping a male is slightly more difficult than doing such to a female, it's still quite possible and sex without consent is still rape.
