Thats my point. There is a bit of both in us all, and good or evil is actually defined by the choices we make. Thats all.  ;)

I see a little more in it. Like the "you are what you do" doctrine. If you spend most of your time seeking revenge and attacking people, you end up appearing that way too.

That is essentially what karma is... same as you reap what you sow (Christianity).   You do good things, and good things will happen for you.   You do bad and it will fuck you up.   It could fuck you up in the looks department or in other ways.   Lucas has stated on more than one occasion that he was inspired by Buddhism and Judeo/Christian beliefs when he made Star Wars.

Actually with Lucas, the Intermittence was not intentional, it was a product corroded contacts via shite engineering.
