Partly, but mostly substitute for enough sleep. My sleep patterns were always dodgy but since going on Escitalopram (Lexapro/Cipralex) I wake up frequently in the night, sleepwalk, toss and turn so I tend to wake up shivering on the floor, and have bizarre dreams. This week is particularly bad as I've just had my dosage upped again so I'm adjusting.

Oh, my ex was on Cipramil, it's another brand but the same substance. She had difficulties with having orgasms before lowering her dosage to 7.5 mg. She isn't an aspie (as far as I know) but suffered from stress and depressions.

I always had sleep difficulties and/or problems with getting a hardon and/or having an orgasm when I was on SSRIs.

Yeah, Cipramil is citalopram, I took it for a while and put loads of weight on. Escitalopram is one isomer (s-citalopram) reformulated from citalopram as a patent extending exercise since they discovered the other isomer - citalopram being a racemic compound - was not psychoactive. So its essentially the same drug but you take half the dosage amount. 

I have to say I've found it more difficult to reach orgasm on antidepressants as well - sex isn't a problem, but wanking I often get bored or sore and give it up as a bad job, so I don't bother often.
