i've wondered about the amount you drink too, kevv, although there's a difference between alcoholism and heavy drinking.  do you ever have a day off?  and, if you're on meds, does it not affect them?

echinacea and cranberry herbal tea.  or something equally uninviting.  it needs using up, and i've eaten so much today, i can't actually manage anything other than herbal teas (and, let's face it, they're only one up from hot water, anyway).
